• Condition of Items

    • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any worn items.
  • Return Method

    • All returns must be sent via tracked Australia Post. We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking information until your return is processed.
    • Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • Refund Process

    • Once your returned item is received and assessed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
    • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
